Client-Side Programming Certificate
Learn Web Design and How to Make Your Own Website
The course series targets beginning and intermediate students who want to acquire the skills needed for rich front-end web development, and who want to back those skills up with a Certificate from the University of Illinois Office of Continuing Education.
This series is comprised of three courses that span web scripting from basic to complex. Students learn the core technical skills necessary for a complete understanding of front-end web development, from HTML and CSS, to JavaScript DOM and AJAX. In O'Reilly Learning's unique online Learning Sandbox®, students have access to their own web programming environments where new skills can be applied as they are presented.
Completion of the 3-course series earns students a Certificate of Professional Development from the University of Illinois. All courses are certified by the University of Illinois Department of Computer Science, and students receive Continuing Education Credits upon completion of each course in the series.
