Over the past few years, we've seen a dramatic change in how people learn the technology they need to succeed in today's tech environment. Rather than following a traditional education model, people are choosing from a spectrum of instructional methods that are interactive, online, and media-rich. They "choose the hat to fit the head," whether they need to find answers on the fly, learn complex technologies through hands-on practice, or get inspiration and insider information directly from experts. At O'Reilly, we believe in this multifarious, student-driven future. We've decided to move quickly and deliberately to build a range of tools and tutorials for modern learners.
As we expand our new offerings, we will be phasing out the O'Reilly School of Technology, and are no longer accepting new enrollments. All courses already in progress will continue, and each student with a current Enrollment Agreement will have until the earlier of (a) the expiration of that Enrollment Agreement, or (b) January 31, 2016 to complete the course. See the FAQ for more information, or contact us if you have questions.
We invite you to explore our new training offerings for technical professionals. Our online offerings include video and interactive tutorials, some of which are written using the Jupyter Notebooks. We're also increasing the in-person training programs offered in conjunction with O'Reilly events.
